These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of athenadental.net (the "Site") operated by Athena Dental and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Use
Athena Dental Purple Color-Correcting Mouthwash is a cosmetic oral care product. It provides optical color correction and is not a medical treatment, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for brushing, flossing, or professional dental care. Individual results may vary. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not swallow. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed at checkout by secure third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), your selected products will be shipped and your payment method charged at the frequency you choose, at the discounted price shown, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment: you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled billing date.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Athena Dental or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena Dental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
