Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $60.
- Orders under $60: shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods can extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at support@athenadental.net with your order number (and photos, in case of damage) and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
